At Leder Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tabletop experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Contact Support

Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unopened game or accessory in its original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
