When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
What should I do if my game is missing a component?
We strive for perfection, but mistakes happen. If your game is missing a piece or has a damaged component, please fill out our 'Replacement Parts' form on the contact page.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the shipping process begins. Once an order has reached the 'Label Created' stage, it can no longer be modified.
